I will arrange for a color photo and a description of your property to be placed on at least 3 web sites – including my own.

Benefits: Many buyers, who are without professional representation, surf the Web to initially find a property.

I will place an advertisement in the real estate magazine that best serves your area.

Benefits: Many potential buyers like to browse through real estate magazines when beginning their search.

Zone Marketing

I will mail flyers to all the neighbors on your block (with your permission).

Benefits: Your neighbors might know people who would like to live close to them. Even if they do not, often times, they will help us to ‘get the word out’

Open Houses:

When, and if, it is appropriate, I will arrange for an Open House to be conducted by myself, or in conjunction with an associate of the office.

Benefits: Open Houses allow prospective buyers to tour your home while a professional realtor is there to answer questions and point out special features.

Property Feature Cards:

I will prepare and post feature cards that indicate special items and features of your home, business, or other property

Benefits: Prospective buyers generally spend only 2-10 minutes inside your home, or business. Feature cards will point out positive aspects of your listing that they might otherwise miss.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

I will promptly submit a complete and accurate data sheet to the Multiple Listing Service for quick appearance in the Multiple Listing Books and computer database system.

Benefits: All realtors, with qualified buyers, have access to the MLS. It is estimated that approximately 92% of all homes listed with realtors sell through the MLS.

Office Marketing Session

I will actively campaign your property to my associates and brokers.

Benefits: Teamwork is the “KEY” to success in our office. All associates and brokers in my office strive to sell in-house listings first and foremost.

Real Estate Yard Sign

With your permission, a “For Sale” sign will be placed on your property.

Benefits: A “For Sale” sign will notify neighbors and people who are simply driving by that your property is being offered for sale, along with telephone numbers to call and obtain more information.

I will design and deliver professional flyers to other real estate offices doing a large volume of business in your area.

In estimating the fair market value of your property, I carefully consider all relevant factors.  My Market Analysis uses the same variables that a professional fee appraiser utilizes:  a combination of current market condition; square footage; locations; taxes; acreage; property conditions & features, along with comparable sales in the area.
